STUDIO MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES OF EMPLOYMENT

POSITION TITLE: Studio Retail Manager & Logistics

LOCATION: PHNOM PENH

CONTRACT TYPE:  FT (renewable), after 3-month trial 5 days per week

HOURS: 9am-6pm

SALARY: Commensurate with experience, with benefits

REPORTS TO: OPERATIONS MANAGER, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Role: The Studio Retail & Logistics Manager is responsible for fostering a welcoming space for all customers and employees. Maintaining our retail Studio to create sales opportunities and provide our customers with information about Dorsu is a large part of the role. Whilst managing our Studio team, you’ll also work with our production team in Kampot to ensure Studio inventory levels are maintained. You’ll be working with the production and Studio teams to plan and process shipping paperwork for international shipments, and also in country delivery.

Retail Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Studio team to ensure the store is always presentable, organised and clean.
  • Daily management and delegation of tasks with all retail staff
  • Support and encourage retail staff with customer service and communication, and the meeting of sales targets.
  • Provide direction and instruction on store merchandising to retail staff.
  • Stock and inventory management.
  • Balance of daily sales and expenses, and complete sales reports as per financial procedures..
  • Ensure Dorsu staff handbook and policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensure all financial security processes are strictly adhered to.
  • Rostering of staff in the retail stores.
  • Responsibility for store keys, ensuring that location security protocol is followed without exception.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, providing information on our garments, processes, company and team.
  • Process payments and handle cash on premise following financial procedures.
  • Assist customers on all Dorsu social media platforms
  • Train other team members on customer service.

Logistics:

  • Work with our production team, and shipping providers to organise shipping for all international orders.
  • International shipping – shipping paperwork and other tasks related to shipping
  • Handling the delivery in-country
