When will my order be shipped?
All orders are dispatched within two business days. Delivery times vary according to where you live in Australia (rural or urban areas) and international orders can take between 2-3 weeks.

Do you sell Dorsu in retail locations?
We have a range of stockists in Australia, online and internationally. Please see our stockists page for a full list of current retailers.
How do I best care for my Dorsu clothing?
Our recommended care for your garment (and the environment) is a cold machine or hand wash with similar colours then hang to dry in the shade. Use a cool iron on reverse when required. Please avoid dry cleaning, bleach or using harsh chemicals.

Do you sell wholesale?
We do! Our Dorsu label is available for online and brick & mortar retailers, we'd love to discuss being part of your retail space. We also offer a full customised merchandise collection including printed garments for your company, organisation, school or project. Where can I buy Dorsu in Cambodia?
Our retail stores in Cambodia are now closed and our production studio is currently closed to the public. Our online store does not service deliveries in Cambodia, online orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Australia. We will be attending pop-ups and events in Phnom Penh during 2020 and will be available at select stockists soon. Please follow our social media for regular updates. 
I want to produce ethical clothing, can I work with Dorsu to do that?
We sell customised screen printed products to businesses and organisations across the world. We offer production services to selected clients based on design and fabric specifications. Please contact us to discuss further.

How does Dorsu look after people and the planet?
Our company was founded on a desire to change conventional garment manufacturing, not only in Cambodia but across the entire global supply chain. We value people and the world we live in, above all else. What is remnant fabric?
Remnant fabric is leftover, or end-of-roll fabric in its original condition. The fabric we use is purchased as waste and leftover fabric from garment factories throughout Cambodia. You can read more about our fabric choices here.
