Dorsu Selected for DGIx Accelerator: Advancing Sustainable Fashion Through Digital Innovation

We’ve got something exciting to share—Dorsu has officially been selected for the Digital & Green Innovation Accelerator (DGIx) in Cambodia! 🎉 Yep, we're joining a small but mighty group of startups and ventures who are working to solve environmental challenges using tech and digital tools.

So, what’s DGIx all about? It’s a 9-month accelerator program launched by Impact Hub Phnom Penh, in collaboration with GIZ Cambodia and funded by the German government and the European Union. Their big goal: support businesses that are combining sustainability with smart digital solutions.

At Dorsu, we’ve always believed that fashion can be a force for good—and we’ve proven that it can be done differently: slow, ethical, local, and with a whole lot of heart. But we also know that to scale up our impact and run an even leaner, greener operation, we need to embrace smart tools and systems. Enter: DGIx.

Over the next several months, our cohort will get access to:

  • Tailored mentorship from experienced advisors

  • One-on-one business coaching to strengthen how we operate and grow

  • Training sessions to boost our digital capabilities and environmental impact

  • And support to help us become even more investment-ready (because yes, ethical fashion deserves capital too!)

DGIx has handpicked a diverse group of fellow innovators who are working across sectors, from renewable energy to sustainable farming. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by so many bold thinkers building a greener, fairer Cambodia.

For Dorsu, this accelerator is about more than just business growth. It’s about learning how to use technology to deepen our sustainability practices—whether that’s better tracking of deadstock fabric, reducing production waste, improving transparency in our supply chain, or developing tools that support our team on the ground in Kampot.

This is a big step forward for us. It means we're being recognized not only as a Cambodian-owned ethical fashion brand, but as a changemaker in the region’s sustainability movement.

We can’t wait to share what we learn along the way—so keep an eye on this space (and our socials) for updates. 💻🌿✨
